The Kill Kill EP was released digitally on the 21st of October 2008 as a teaser to her Lana Del Ray a.k.a. Lizzy Grant album, though it was released under her real name Lizzy Grant, as the name change came later. Overall reception for the EP was good, despite the materials short life.
The EP was described by Grant as Hawaiian glam metal, and had a total length of 13 minutes and 34 seconds. David Kahne produced it. The only single from the EP was Kill Kill, but all three songs made it to the album.
